This week I'm totally inspired by...

1. Ronda Palazzari's series of posts on stamps: here, here and here. I'm going to start making me some scrap stamps! 2. Who Do You Think You Are? Hint: Somebody Awesome Thanks goes to Theresa for linking to RealtyTC. She's awesome. And she's dead on right in this post. Listen to no one but yourself to find happiness.

3. Now-ness is the path and the destination I always need to be reminded of this key truth. For instance, what if I had turned my self talk the other day into "And Now" instead of "What Next?" Or maybe that's exactly what I did...hmmm.

4. Oh my, I am in deep gratitude to Alison McGhee for posting one poem week after week. This one by Carl Sandburg makes me swoon...

She's a young new mother juggling what seems to be a bustling freelance writing and craft business. But I'm invested in the story of her life (because she does such a good job sharing it) and she teaches this old lady a few new tricks all the time. On the other hand, I have all kinds of advice I'd like to give after reading this post on balancing work and "mamahood." (Been there. Done that.) But I won't. Some lessons we just have to learn ourselves...and besides—wisdom gained from living—I know better than to give unsolicited advice...
